We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Editor to join our team. As an Editor, you will be responsible for overseeing the editorial process and ensuring the quality and accuracy of all content produced. This is a key role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of various writing styles and genres.

• Responsibilities:
  - Manage and oversee the editorial process from start to finish
  - Fact check all content to ensure accuracy and credibility
  - Copywrite and edit content for clarity, consistency, and tone
  - Provide guidance and feedback to writers to improve their work
  - Collaborate with other departments to develop content strategies
  - Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  - Proofread final drafts for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors
  - Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and style standards

• Qualifications:
  - Master's degree in Creative Writing
  - Proven experience as an Editor
  - Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  - Proficient in word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word)
  - Strong book related social media presence an advantage
  - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
