For the last 3 years, Scott Editorial has supported the Grapsimo Challenge writing community, who were looking for a NaNoWriMo alternative. Created by Andrea James, author of the Little Boxes, Big Secrets series, the writing challenge is simple; you set the target, declare it, and the community support you throughout the month.
We were on hand every step of the way to offer advice and guidance.
In 2025, the community formed. Chatting through Slack, the writers of the challenge found a way to stay connected, share their struggles and successes, and, how could we say no, when we were asked to be the year-round editorial support.
